Our Staff

David and Katie Garcia

Dave and Katie Garcia are the young adult pastors at Faith Chapel Overland Park. They have attended Faith Chapel since moving to Kansas City in 2005 and have served on staff in several different capacities for much of that time. Their vision is to help build connected and supportive relationships among the young adults of Faith Chapel and to encourage them in their faith as they navigate our ever-changing culture.

Besides their time with the young adults Dave and Katie enjoy spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Royals, and raising their 4 children, Eston, Paige, Hadlee, and Bennett.
Pastor Brad Bailey

Pastor Brad and Tiffany have two wild and crazy children, Ian and Emma, and a husky shepherd mix named Hobbes. Brad is the Youth Pastor at Faith Chapel’s Overland Park Campus and is responsible for the weekly youth service and Sunday school class as well as assisting with audio/visual needs during Sunday morning services. His desire is for this generation to have a life changing encounter with God that challenges them to transform their culture in a positive way. He strives to live by Ephesians 3:20 and Galatians 6:9; he is also a big fan of Joshua’s story found on pages 276-305 in his bible.

Pastors Scott and Michelle Redmon

Pastor Scott Redmon has been ministering to children since 2001, via kids’ church services, tent ministries, camps and outreaches.  He believes that church should be a place that kids would choose to come to if it were left up to them, and with that in mind, he does everything he can to make kids’ services fun while still making sure kids get a healthy dose of Biblical teaching.  Pastor Scott attended Sheffield School of the Bible and Southern Missouri School of Ministry, where he earned his credentials.
Pastor Michelle, who also attended Sheffield School of the Bible and Southern Missouri School of Ministry, has ministered alongside her husband since 2001, leading worship for children and adults and preparing the multi-media presentations for kids’ church.  She strongly believes that children have a better understanding of God than we often give them credit for, and she loves guiding them and leading them into His presence through music.   In addition to her work with children, Michelle is a songwriter and singer who has performed locally as a solo artist and with her band, Damascus Dawn.
