Pastor Bob has been in ministry since 1973. Two weeks after graduating High School in Chula Vista California, he became the youth pastor at Tri-Cities Assembly of God in Covina, California. He has also been a youth pastor, in California, at Castle Park Assembly of God, Calvary Temple Assembly of God, Bethany Church of Alhambra before coming to Faith Chapel.
He and Sondra have been the Senior Pastors at Faith Chapel since 1996.
Pastor Bob and Sondra came to us from Southern California and have been in Kansas since 1992. They have two children and six grandchildren!
Pastor Bob has traveled extensively. He has held revivals, camps, conferences and seminars, and has also directed over twenty missions trips, both home and abroad. He has a Masters of Science degree in Family Therapy and serves the community as a licensed marriage and family therapist. Pastor Bob serves as the lead pastor overseeing our campuses in Louisburg and Gardner.
His ministry philosophy is that "Ministry flows through relationships.” Pastor Bob is an advocate for the family. He is committed to building strong individuals, who build strong families, who build strong churches, who build strong communities.
His wife, Sondra, has worked in Christian education, youth ministries, directing Vacation Bible School, and teaching High School students “at risk.”
Dr. Sondra Cave currently is a consultant for the Gallup organization as well as founder and director of SLC Consulting. Pastor Bob and Sondra are also co-founders of Family University, which is a non-profit organization providing family-centered educational seminars for the church and community.

Pastor Will and Larissa Darter work with the youth and young adults at Faith Chapel Overland Park. They both felt a calling together towards ministry while in college and have worked with youth and young adults since 2008. They are both passionate that students experience the love of God in a safe, secure environment.
Married in May 2010, Will and Larissa are enjoying being newlyweds. They like to go on walks, watch movies together, weave baskets, and build meaningful and authentic relationships with others. Additionally, Will enjoys writing songs about the Kansas prairie and cheering for the Royals! Larissa is attending MidAmerica Nazarene University in order to obtain her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling.

Pastor Scott Redmon has been ministering to children since 2001, via kids' church services, tent ministries, camps and outreaches. He believes that church should be a place that kids would choose to come to if it were left up to them, and with that in mind, he does everything he can to make kids' services fun while still making sure kids get a healthy dose of Biblical teaching. Pastor Scott attended Sheffield School of the Bible and Southern Missouri School of Ministry, where he earned his credentials.
Pastor Michelle, who also attended Sheffield School of the Bible and Southern Missouri School of Ministry, has ministered alongside her husband since 2001, leading worship for children and adults and preparing the multi-media presentations for kids church. She strongly believes that children have a better understanding of God than we often give them credit for, and she loves guiding them and leading them into His presence through music.
In addition to her work with children, Michelle is a songwriter and singer who has performed locally as a solo artist and with her band, Damascus Dawn.
