Pastor Bob Cave is beginning his 34th year of ministry and has been the Senior Pastor at Faith Chapel since 1996. Pastor Bob and Sondra, Bobby and Heather came to us from Southern California and have been in Kansas for fourteen wonderful years. Pastor Bob has traveled extensively. He has held revivals, camps, conferences and seminars, and has also directed over twenty missions trips, both home and abroad. He has a Masters of Science degree in Family Therapy and serves the community as a licensed marriage and family therapist as well as pastor of Faith Chapel Assembly of God in both Overland Park and Louisburg, Kansas. His ministry philosophy is that "Ministry flows through relationships.” Pastor Bob is an advocate for the family. He is committed to building strong individuals, who build strong families, who build strong churches. His wife, Sondra, has worked in Christian education, youth ministries, directing Vacation Bible School, and teaching High School students “at risk.” Dr. Sondra Cave currently serves as head of the Sociology Dept. and Professor at MidAmerica Nazarene University. Pastor Bob and Sondra are also co-founders of Family University, which is a non-profit organization providing family-centered educational seminars for the church and community.

Pastor Jim is a recently credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. He and his wife Sandy have been a part of the Faith Chapel family since 1999. During that time, Jim has participated as a youth staff volunteer and for 5 years has served as the church Secretary on the Board of Trustees. Both Jim and Sandy have taught the college and career Sunday school class and Sandy currently leads a girl's small group Bible study. Jim joined our pastoral Staff in June of 2004 to serve as our Youth Pastor. Jim has a passion for seeing believers become devoted followers of Jesus Christ through discipleship and building relationships. Prior to joining the staff, Jim worked for Cardinal Health for 11 years as a field service technician.

Tania Kilburn has been working with children for over 15 years. She served as the Children’s Pastor at Calvary Assembly of God in Stillwater, OK for 6 years. Tania was the Assistant Director of “Springing Up” Child Development Center in Raymore, MO for 3 years. Tania has a degree from Oklahoma State University in Elementary Education and has taken several courses in Early Childhood Development. She is the mother of three children Christian, 14, Hannah, 6, and Abby, 4. Tania and her husband, Micky Kilburn have been attending Faith Chapel Overland Park for 3 years.
